By.kin offers Free Standard Shipping within Australia on full price orders over $130 AUD
Standard shipping rate for all orders is a flat rate of $10.00 AUD
Express Shipping is available for $15 AUD
Delivery
At By.kin, all of our orders are posted with Australia Post. Orders that are placed before 2pm (EST) each business day from Monday-Friday are packed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Delivery times within Australia are subject to Australia Post network terms and conditions:
- Australia Post Express offers next business day delivery if you live in the metropolitan area. If you don’t live in the metropolitan area express parcels can take 2-3 business days to arrive. Australia Post Standard Eparcel can take up 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
- Australia Parcel Post are 'AUTHORITY TO LEAVE' meaning Australia Post will leave in the safest place/at your door if no one is home to answer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves us you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post.
Please note that once your package leaves us it is now property of Australia Post. If you don’t fill out your email address we will not be able to send you a confirmation or tracking number.
Please ensure all your postal address details are correct as we don’t take responsibility for lost packages, or stolen packages.
